30-Day Returns
We want you to love your order. If you are not completely satisfied, you can request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.
To be eligible, the item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue and we will send a replacement or issue a full refund.
How to Start a Return
Send us a message through our Contact page with your order number. We will reply with return instructions. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
